Founder

Don Surti is a doyen of the Indian Offset Printing Industry. He founded Prodon in 1973 and has been closely associated with the industry for over 50 years. Now, Mr Surti's sons, Darius and Jehangir, are today respected veteran members of the industry and are associated with various trade bodies and initiatives.

Over the decades, Mr Surti has been at the forefront of innovation and has lived by the mantra of customer service above all. He has built a reputation for Prodon as a household name within the Indian offset printing industry, through his unstinting focus on quality and excellence. Such commitment has earned Prodon an enviable roster of marquee clients. He has been a mentor and inspiration to many aspiring professionals in the industry, while propelling his own group of companies to great heights. Mr Surti is an avid horse lover, floriculturist and philanthropist.

Darius Surti

Darius Surti is an integral part of Prodon's management team. He has been responsible for the company's growth and evolution since 1986. Darius has a flair for operational aspects of the business and has been involved in the constant upgradation of systems, processes and automation on the press floor. He is known in the industry as an expert manager who has grown his establishment manifold through business cycles while maintaining strict fiscal prudence on company financials.

Darius has initiated many sourcing, execution and labor reforms within Prodon that are regarded now, as best-in-class industry practices. He has worked hard to associate Prodon as a synonym for dependability and has been famously known to release finished product only after it has surpassed exhaustive checks and balances that Prodon's rigor demands.

Darius has a love of wanderlust and is a frequent traveller when his business commitments permit. He loves watching live sport and is a keen judge of the outcome of various sporting events. He is also a connoisseur of fine foods.

Jehangir Surti

Mr. Jehangir Surti is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Prodon. His extensive responsibilities include sales, client relationship management, technology and design liaison. Jehangir is best described as Prodon’s “progress” pulse, drawing from the Japanese Management principles of Kaizen. He has embedded within the firm a great sense of accountability and ownership.

Jehangir was a nationally ranked Junior Squash player and continues to play nationally in the Master's Category and is a fitness enthusiast. Through Prodon, he has supported many charities and remains a patron of children and animal causes.
